My outlook express is "frozen" Everytime I try to open the program, I get the
hour glass, that won't go away. I have to hit the X to close it down. I can't
get past the first message, which I think is the problem one. Any ideas on
what to do?

Access your mail at your ISP's Website and delete the offending message
there.

By the time I figured out what the problem was, it was not in the ISP Website
anymore. They leave there, when they go to Outlook Express.

Then a message isn't what is causing the problem. See if this helps.
