I see a list of contacts under Tools Address book (probably from 2003
Outlook pst) under Outlook Express.
But contacts toolbar* is empty. How can I recover contact list?

(*Contacts toolbar can be on or off by placing/removing checkmark in front
of contacts under View Layout.)

Is sharing (of Address Book contacts) with MS Outlook enabled?

How many contacts do you have in the address book? If more than 999,
the contacts pane will be blank. That's a limitation of the program.
