I have troubles printing some emails from specific people. I do not know if
there are using Word to reply to my emails or what, but after they come back to me I can not print them and after I forward or reply back, I still can not print them. I have noticed that during the forward or reply step that there appears to be a grey square that is non-descript and when I copy it and paste it to Word I come up with nothing. If I delete the area and the continue on with the email from my computer and resend it, I can then print it. But I can not print their original email. I must do this for business correspondence purposes. Any ideas as to how to fix their original email after it arrives so I can print the original? |

When viewing the reply or forward in OE, View, check Source Edit.
Click on the Source tab. Control + A Control + C Open Notepad Save As 'original email.txt' and print. Click on the Edit tab. Delete the area. Click on the Source tab. Control + A Control + C Open Notepad Save As 'altered email.txt' and print. Compare altered email to original email, what is removed? -- Ronald Sommer "Tracie" wrote in message ... :I have troubles printing some emails from specific people. I am glad that you found the code.
Doing a Google search for Object tags in HTML says that object is used to insert active-X, animated gifs, sounds, avi files, etc.. The items in an object tag are not going to be printable. I don't know the answer on how to print the original email. Hopefully someone else will have the answer. -- Ronald Sommer "Tracie" wrote in message ... : Ron, : : This is what appears to be removed: : : OBJECT id=3Dieooui=20 : classid=Dclsid:38481807-CA0E-42D2-BF39-B33AF135CC4D/OBJECT : : Ok, what do you make of that? : : Tracie : : "Ron Sommer" wrote: : : When viewing the reply or forward in OE, View, check Source Edit. : Click on the Source tab. : Control + A : Control + C : Open Notepad : Save As 'original email.txt' and print. : : Click on the Edit tab. : Delete the area. : Click on the Source tab. : Control + A : Control + C : Open Notepad : Save As 'altered email.txt' and print. : : Compare altered email to original email, what is removed? : -- : Ronald Sommer : : "Tracie" wrote in message : ... : :I have troubles printing some emails from specific people.
