Had no problems before Time Warner was bought out by Comcast in Houston.
Transfered email accounts as instructed. I have the master account and have no problems. My wife has secondary account and email from RR is not downloading a specific email, this prevents further emails from downloading. Comcast and Time Warner have been absolutely useless and continue to blame each other and Microsoft. I have been told to wait 12-24 hours to see if problems goes away, you need a new computer and for $59 Microsoft will look at the problem. How do you clear emails from Outlook Express before they are downloaded. I have already deleted all emails from the RR webmail website. |

What error message are you getting?
If you have anti-virus set to scan e-mail as it downloads disable that function. Same goes for any anti-spam scanning. Either one of those could be causing the problem. -- Mike - http://pages.prodigy.net/michael_santovec/techhelp.htm "Jeff" wrote in message ... How to Create and Use Identities in Outlook Express
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=209169 Create a new identity, manually add your the mail account and see if you can receive mail. If so, that would point to some corruption in the original identity such as a corrupted Inbox.dbx file or some registry corruption. -- Mike - http://pages.prodigy.net/michael_santovec/techhelp.htm "Jeff" wrote in message ...
