Default Windows Installer "Preparing To Install"

When I have auto spell check turned on I get the above message, I have turned
the spell check off. However I would like to fix the problem and I have been
researching this site for a solution, does anyone know if the following fix
would help

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/290301

Thanks for your help.

OE does not come with a spelling checker. It uses the spelling checker from
any Office program that has one. Do you have such a program?

If not you could try one of these:

Free spellchecker.
which I use on my laptop, which has Works.

And here's a freeware that checks your spelling as you type:
