You can create a folder for the gmail Inbox.
Tools, Message Rules, Mail, New
Create a message rule.

Where the message is from the 'specified account'.
Move it to the 'specified folder' & Stop processing more rules.
Click on: 'specified account' and select the account name for gmail.
Click on: 'specified folder'.
Click on New Folder. Create a folder for gmail Inbox.
Make sure the folder is under Local Folders.
Name the rule.

There are three types of email accounts that OE can access, pop, imap, and
html.
Html accounts will have their own folders and will not need message rules.
Are you wanting to send messages from the different accounts?
