What happens when you try to Send? Post any error messages in their
entirety, please.

This is the message I get.
When I send an e-mail it goes to the out box, the number one beside the
outbox dissappears and the e-mail goes grey but will stay in the outbox. I
try it again and the same thing happens.I try and change the port # but
doesn't help.I tried authsmt.netzero.net with same results, I just noticed
the t missing in smp.

The host 'authsmp.netzero.com' could not be found. Please verify that you
have entered the server name correctly. Account: 'hutch309.2.', Server:
'authsmp.netzero.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket
Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

'authsmp.netzero.com' is /not/ correct. It should be:

authsmtp.netzero.com

The t in smtp is missing.

Once again:

Configure NetZero in Outlook Express:
http://www.netzero.net/support/email...up-msoex5.html
