I have connected to broadband so I can not use my old SMTP server for sending
e-mails but want to keep my old e-mail address (Freeserve). I have been advised by my broadband provider (Virgin Media) to change the SMTP server setting in OE,Tools,Accounts, Properties, Server. However the "Incoming mail (POP3)" and "Outgoing mail (SMTP)" are both greyed out and can't be edited. I have tried changing the setting in Windows, Control Panel,Mail. This does not take effect in Outlook. How can the SMTP server please? |
