How do you know " my outlook express has no free space" If you are getting
an error message that says that, ignore it.

To save your mail within OE, create new folders and name them by year then
select the messages and rt clickmove to folder.
Do not store large numbers of messages in your main default folders, Inbox -
Sent Items - Drafts.

When you have moved your messages you need to compact the database to remove
the wasted space:
File Menuwork offline.
File MenuFoldercompact all folders.
http://www.insideoe.com/files/maintain.htm

DO NOT touch anything on the PC until the Compact has completed.

To save an email select it and click File on the menu. You should be able
to save it as an EML file or as a TXT file.

Default mail saving problem

Create a folder outside of OE.
Highlight, drag and drop messages to your new folder.

Default mail saving problem

it's not easy to save by opening one by one and save them.so..

Use Select All on the Edit menu.

or

Select one then holding down Shift key, select another, all in-between will
be selected.

or

Select holding down Ctrl key, each selected will stay selected.
