lan settings
ihave changed over from bt dial up to sky broadband and i cannot receive any
emails in outlook express i would like to know what i put in the automatic configuration box when it asks for an address also in the proxy server box it asks for an address could you help jimg

Did you set up an e-mail address with Sky? You need to contact them to do
that.
