Dear Robert,
I have the same problem with OE. I already produced a log with HJT. Wonder if you can give some guidance on what to delete so my Hotmail can work again with my OE. Many thanks, Gabriel "PA Bear [MS MVP]" wrote: Chris, please make sure you follow-up and post this information in your thread in the IE newsgroup. The problem has finally been solved. My system was infected with Malware/spyware and hotmail returned to normal after the malware was removed. I also had a problem with IE7 and the Microsoft IE Forum directed me to an anti spyware forum where I posted a Hijack This log. An expert advised me to use a programme SDFix and other programmes and follow some other clean up procedures. Once my system was clean Hotmail and IE7 returned to normal. The whole story can be found he http://forums.spybot.info/showthread...8&goto=newpost Kind Regards Chris |
