Default Unable to send message

"The message couldn`t be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by
the server.A/c .,Protocol:smtp Server
response:501c
Port 25,secure(SSL):No server error:501 Error no.0 X 800ccc79"
After repeated tries it will not go!!!! No problems before.
Pse solve this!
