OE macros
Want to be able to insert an HTML file with a button on the toolbar. Any
ideas? OE6 on XP

If you want to try to automate some of its features you could try using PowerShell scripts which employ the WSH SendKeys function. However, a third-party keyboard macro recorder might be easier to use. ; ) ---
