Thanks, Bruce. I'm even worse of than before. Now that I've followed the
backup/clone procedure, the corrupted key(s) is being exported to the new identities when I create them. Can oe be thoroughly uninstalled and reinstalled? ie, totally clean out the registry of all related keys? -Lew
