It is a system file, so it is probably hidden.

It should be located in C:\Program Files\Outlook Express =this folder. Are
you telling me that that folder isn't there or that MSIMN.EXE isn't found in

I have no msimn.exe file listed under the OE folder, thats why I'm having
this problem. The attachments are .eml files.

Your first post said emf files, hence my suggesting a program.

Save an .eml attachment to your HDD. Right click on it and Open With |
Choose Program. Find and choose a program that works, Outlook Express, and
