Include PictureFormatHTML send picture will not remain checked
One machine, the check is always present when opening a new message to send,
but on a different desktop it is always cleared. Marking it will make it so for that message, but cleared each subsequent new message. Suggestions? thank you. Rich Text HTML remains selected on both........ -- Jim M Cincinnati OH

Tools | Options | Send | HTML Settings | Send pictures with messages. Is
