Sorry, ~Robear. STOP what you're doing, and make sure the poor guy
doesn't have to check every 10 minutes for a reply. You are OBLIGATED to
answer his questions in a timely manner. That's what volunteers DO!

Some people have a lotta nerve, don't they?

have done was to answer. Even to say you have no idea what is causing
my problem would have made me feel better about checking every ten
minutes for an answer, with no results.

Of course I realize that. I am also grateful that you are all so generous
with your time and experience.
Before posting I DID read answers to previous posts, checking the time stamp
of the answers to see if some of you volunteers who appear to have the most
experience were actually posting, and apparently available.
Thank you
Terry

I think this got a bit out of hand Terry.

We have all experienced the same frustrations and on occasion directed
criticism at someone or something when circumstances or simple "Bad luck:"
were to blame.

In this case your particular problem occurred at a time when those most
qualified to answer were not around, that's really all there is to it.
Better luck next time I guess, although in one sense of course one hopes you
don't experience problems.

I agree Charlie.
Thank you for your considerate comments and obvious concern.
