This is NOT some free avenue to access Microsoft support. This is a
community of users JUST LIKE YOU who volunteer their time to help others -
and you don't get make any demands of volunteers. If no one answered your
question then maybe no one who viewed it (and CHOSE to view it) had an
answer for you. Tough. Go find another related newsgroup or forum where
there might be another audience you can cull for a solution.
