Default Spell checker not working

John Sheerin wrote following problem and lookijng for fix!!

The problem I have is with Spell check while in
Outlook Express. Apparently it's not working!!

After composing a "create mail" and prior to sending it,
I click the "ABC Spelling" ICON and I receive a small
menu saying "an error occurred while the spelling was
being checked"

If I hit the send button anyway, I will receive the follow
small menu saying" The spell check on this document was halted.
Do you want to send it anyway" Below this statement was
two buttons "YES" "NO".

However, the spell check works find when I am in
Microsoft word!!

Can you help me.

Thank You,
John Sheerin

I’m using Microsoft Works Version 4.5 and Outlook Express 6.0. The spell
checker
works with no problems in Works but I receive an error occurred while
spelling was being checked in Outlook. Is there a fix for this problem?
