lost every thing, xp media, have the restore discs,but says they ain't for
this computer??? more money for microsoft??? its bad enough losing 3 years
of everything let alone not having an op system, hard drive 109.$ op system
139.$ having a computer that works EXPENSIVE! can i do anything besides buy
a copy of xp? don't like vistajunk.....

Take your machine to a reputable computer shop, or where you bought it if it
is under warranty. This is not a Microsoft problem. It is a problem on the
south side of the keyboard.
