When ever I startup OE this happens,

Go to Start | Run and type, (or copy/paste):
regsvr32 ole32.dll Press Enter. If still no joy: In OE go to: Tools | Options | Security and set OE to the Restricted Zone. Sorry, same problem. Did both things you suggest. Is there something going on
with the IE7? I installed that not long ago but not sure when the OE problem started. Reboot if you haven't. If still no joy. in Internet Explorer: Tools |

It depends on where you go and what you do. Make sure you have a decent
firewall and a good anti-virus program, (Avast is free, and good), And if you don't have them yet, download AdAware and SpyBot and run them once a week, or so.
