Can't receive e.mails in Outlook Express, but can send
I can send from Outlook Express and they arrive at their destination
On my Gmail account where we can also receive my mail on a POP account, there aren't any coming into that either. I've checked all the settings and they seem fine. I can send and receive on Hotmail -- Julie Park
