Mail Rules Being Ignored
Some rules work fine and some are getting ignored. In fact, some rules that I have deleted are still working while new ones don't get recognized. What's a feller to do?

Mail Rules Being Ignored
In general:
Have all rules that divert mail to folders first. Delete it from server next. All others last. Make sure that every rule also has Stop processing more rules checked, unless that option is grayed out.
