Default Outlook Express 6.0 thinks certificate is outdated

Outlook Express 6.0
All of a sudden, asks for if I want to use the POP-server thus the
certificate has expired.
I has worked fine, previously
Something is wrong!!
but what?

Are you a Hotmail Plus or MSN Premium subscriber? If not, you should not be
attempting to access your or account in
Outlook Express.
