How do I delete mail w/out opening
Can I delete emails w/out opening them? If I click on them to delete,they
open.I like to check off the ones I do not wish to read & get rid of them.

Just disable the preview pane and you can do that.

You can also add an icon to the bar by right clicking on it/Customize and moving the Pane icon to the right. Then you can click on it to toggle with and without the Preview Pane.
