Default "Watched" post

I click in the column under the 'watched' icon when I want to follow a
particular post.
Eventually the post degenerates into something I am no longer interested in.
Is there a way to 'unwatch' this post?

Default "Watched" post

Click the *eyeglasses* one more time and the thread becomes Ignored. Click
there again and it returns to being just like any other post.
