How do I get the actual fax # for my Windows Fax Messaging Service, what
about Digital Line Filters, how do I fax over the internet without using a
fax machine?

If you already have a fax-capable modem, you can use it to send faxes and
use a free account at eFax to receive faxes via e-mail.

TPC.com assumes you have a fax-capable modem so you can use their volunteer
network of fax users providing the free service. Be aware that it is an
unreliable service.

eFax is free for one year. Then you have to pay.

I've had a freebie eFax account for over 4 years. Still free. Still works.
Even if a free account expired after a year, why would you care? Just get
ANOTHER free account.
