You cannot have OE interrogate any headers other than those listed in its rules set. As noted at http://www.olympus.net/olympusnet/ol...l/notToMe.html, "Almost all email programs provide a way for you to see the full headers of your incoming email messages." Seeing them is not the same as accessing them from within rules. Not all e-mail clients let you test on the headers. -- _________________________________ ** Post replies to the newsgroup. MS Outlook Express was a freebie, written in a day when deep header checks were not really necessary for most people. In the present state of the Internet, a mail client should be able to filter on all header lines; maybe a request in the "Wishlist" for MS Outlook Express 7, or whatever MSFT is going to call the successor to MSOE 6. -- Norman ~Oh Lord, why have you come ~To Konnyu, with the Lion and the Drum |
