Can I write a message rule on the Envelope-to item?
I want to filter my inbox mails using the Envelope-to property, but
I can make rules only on the Sender, CC etc. Thanks

You cannot have OE interrogate any headers other than those listed in its rules set. MS Outlook Express was a freebie, written in a day when deep header checks were not really necessary for most people.
