respective "inbox" subfolders? or, must i use the "identity" feature to separate the mail received in 4 unique mailboxes? thanks, james |

If the addresses are not aliases for one address, you can use a rule to move
messages around based on which account through which they were received. Create the new folders. (I prefer using a separate folder and not using subfolders of Inbox.) Tools, Message Rules, Mail, New Where the message is from specific account, Move to specific folder and Stop processing more rules. Click on specific account, choose the account. Click on specific folder, choose the folder. -- Ron Sommer wrote in message ... can i configure outlook express to direct mail from each of my addresses to respective "inbox" subfolders? or, must i use the "identity" feature to separate the mail received in 4 unique mailboxes? thanks, james |
