OE was running fine and bonk the following message appears,
An attempt to allocate memory failed. The system is out of memory. Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): Error Number:0x8007000e
I have Googled the fault and none the fixes have worked, I have 1.2 mhz 500 meg of memory lots of disc space. IE 7 and OE 6, I am willing to try anything, mickey soft hasn't got back to me yet after 4 days. There's got be a fix of some kind.

Was there something in front of that message such as a server name and
server response? If so, the error message may be coming from the mail
server and OE is merely reporting it.
