Cannot open some e-mail attachments.
Something to the fact that I need to refer to file folder options.
Any help is appreciated.

It sounds like you need to create a file association for some types of
files. Since you don't specify what the file extension is, all I can do is
refer you to Mike Santovec's website:

If nothing here helps, post the entire error message.

ToolsOptionsSecurity. Uncheck: "Do not allow attachments................."
