Notification sound, e-mail icon shows up, but no e-mail sometimes.
I'm having a problem with Outlook Express 6. I've never had this happen
before, and I haven't touched or changed anything. I'll hear the sound that tells me an e-mail has arrived. The new e-mail icon will show up next to the time on the bottom right of the screen, but when I go to check it, there's no e-mail there. Or if it says I have two e-mails downloading, only one will be there. This has been happening for about a month or so. Has anyone else had this problem before? Is there someone that can tell me what the problem is and how to correct it please? G@ry
