Default my Outlook disconnect himself

Hi,
My OE 6 disconnect my modem every time that he starts or I send and receive
messages. It is like that it doesn't see my online connection. I must to
redial my server.

I look the Internet Options but every thing "seems" correct.

In OE: Tools | Options | Connection. Is Hang up after Sending and Receiving
checked? Uncheck it.

Hi Don,

Here's another item to check.

1. Tools, Options, Connection tab
Ask before switching dial-up connections
Hang up after sending/receiving

2. Tools, Accounts, Mail Account Properties, Connection tab
Always connect to this account using (not meant for a normal Internet
connection)

Check this setting in ALL Outlook Express mail and news accounts.
