Assuming that your problem is with Outlook Express, you are in the right newsgroup. But you should start your own post. Click the New Post button rather than Reply Group to start your own post. But I see that you've already posted your question in the microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general newsgroup. I replied there, but your problem wasn't very clear.
