![]() "LAURIE DAVIS" wrote in message ... Hello!! For some unknown reason I can no longer open any e-mail attachments. I have Outlook Express 6 for my e-mail. Please help..............Thanks, Laurie If you go to OEtoolsoptionssecurity taband remove the check mark from the 4th one down it may resolve this problem for you. Every attachment is potentially unsafe even if it is from a known and trusted source and IT IS EXPECTED. Reactivate after reading the attachment. You could also bookmark the following link, where you can search the previously asked questions over many years, a very useful site. http://www.google.com/advanced_group_search?hl=en OLEXP: Using Virus Protection Features in Outlook Express 6 http://support.microsoft.com/default...;en-us;Q291387 I hope the above is of use to you? -- Regards Steve.
