Please help..............Thanks, Laurie If you go to OEtoolsoptionssecurity taband remove the check mark from the 4th one down it may resolve this problem for you. Every attachment is potentially unsafe even if it is from a known and trusted source and IT IS EXPECTED. Reactivate after reading the attachment. Is "Do not allow attachments............" under Tools | Options | Security
checked? If that is not the answer, give us more to go on. Error messages? What happens when you try? etc. -- Bruce Hagen MS MVP - Outlook Express ~IB-CA~ "LAURIE DAVIS" wrote in message ... Hello!! If you recently downloaded SP2 check security settings:
With outlook express open; Open from to menu bar TOOLS then Options; Under Options select the "security" Tab Uncheck the block that says: "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentialy be a Virus" "LAURIE DAVIS" wrote: Hello!! I have the same problem, but I did as you and many others have said and it
still doesn't work. Anymore advice? You would do best to start your own thread and explain in detail your
problem in its entirety. Meanwhile, see this: You may have to unblock the attachment with the Attachment Manager.
