Default OE Attachement gets rejected

Need help. My friend is trying to forward an email but OE won't let him. He
gets this message. How can we stop it?

This message has been rejected because it has
a potentially executable attachment "Fw_ Bridal Affair Leads.eml"
This form of attachment has been used by
recent viruses or other malware.
If you meant to send this file then please
package it up as a zip file and resend it.

Thanks,
Vic

That's not coming from OE. It is an Anti-Spam program of yours, or your ISP.

If you can't get past that, have him rename the Subject to Hello and you
might get it.

Just add a .txt to the file extension and then it should go. They probably
blacklisted eml file extensions.
