Default is there a calendar in ie6 ?

At my work we have internet explorer outlook express and i have a calendar
where i can post my goings-ons for each day and can have it prompt me with
an alert when it is time for that item to be done. i cannot find the
calendar on my ie6. does it have this option?

No such software. There is Internet Explorer and there is Outlook Express,
but those are 2 separate programs. Decide on which one you want to ask
about.

Nope. Internet Explorer is a web browser. It is not an e-mail client
(webmail is not the same as a local e-mail client, as is Outlook Express).
It is also not a PIM (personal information manager). Even Outlook Express
does NOT have a calendar. Sounds like you are asking about Outlook (which
is NOT the same as Outlook Express). If you are asking about the Calendar
component of Outlook, you'll have to go buy and install Outlook or MS Office
which includes it. If you are asking why the Calendar component in some
webmail account is missing, well, no one can help you unless you identify
WHICH webmail account you use (Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.).

If you are indeed asking about Outlook Express, there is no calendar
associated with this program. But there is a third party app you can use:
