Default Dialog Box Error when closing

I get a dialog box when I close OE 6 that reads: DirectDBNotifyWndProc.
msi.mn.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x60347572" referenced memory at "0x60347572". The
memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program.
Twice. When I reopen the program it tells me it did not shut down properly.
In order to open the email that was open when I closed the program I have to
"click here" - the program thinking the email may have a virus. What's up
with that? Does it have something to do with Norton maybe?

Possibly. Turn off the email scan in Norton, but leave the system scan turned
on. Then compact all your folders in Outlook Express:

1. Click File|Work Offline so that no new messages will be arriving.
2. In the Folder list, click on Outlook Express so that no folder or newsgroup
is open, then close the Folder list (View|Layout).
3. Click File|Folder|Compact All Folders. Do not use your computer until the
process is complete, which might take several minutes. If an error occurs,
close OE, re-open it, and begin the process again from the top. If the same
error occurs again, close OE, restart your computer (or logoff and then logon
again), open OE and then begin the whole process again.

For more information see
