Default Moving Folders

Is it possible to rearranmge youir folders in OE6? I don't want to send
them anywhere, just rearrange their order.

The folders are sorted Alphabetically after the default folders, so you
could rename them accordingly?
You can drag and drop to create a secondary folder tree?
To get them into an order drag each up to the 'Local folders' at the top of
the tree and release.
