Is there a way for me to somehow save and/or export to a text file contacts
(including their email addresses) within a group (under Main Identity's) that are not members individually in my Main Identity's contact list? All help is appreciated. Thank you in advance. Fran |

Now open your group, select one contact and press Ctrl-A to Select All then Ctrl-C to Copy All. Go to the new address book, click in the contact area and press Ctrl-V to Paste All. Then you can export from that as a CSV file. -- Frank Saunders MS-MVP IE,OE/WM www.fjsmjs.com Do not reply with email |

Frank, thank you for trying to help me. However, after following your
instructions and establishing a "new" address book for this group, I find that I am unable to copy those members that are not in my Main Id and so I cannot paste them into the new address book. These group members show up with gray cards next to their names, compared to those members who also are in my Main Id...these show with white cards. Your further guidance is greatly appreciated.
