Multi-part message in Mime format
When a friend using Earthlink.net emails me a picture taken with his digital
camera, all I get is a lot of jibberish. It tells me it is a multi-part message in Mime format, but my Outlook Express 6 will not recognize the image. I've changed and unblocked every setting in OE that I can think of, all to no avail. Other recipients of the same message have no problems, just me.

Other recipients of the same message have no problems, just me. Are they breaking the message up in multiple parts (Tools | Accounts | Mail | account name | Properties | Advanced tab)? If so, it sounds like you're only getting one part of the message. You need all the parts then do a Combine and Decode to get the attachment.
