Default Multi-part message in Mime format

When a friend using Earthlink.net emails me a picture taken with his digital
camera, all I get is a lot of jibberish. It tells me it is a multi-part
message in Mime format, but my Outlook Express 6 will not recognize the
image. I've changed and unblocked every setting in OE that I can think of,
all to no avail. Other recipients of the same message have no problems, just
me.

Are they breaking the message up in multiple parts (Tools | Accounts | Mail
| account name | Properties | Advanced tab)?

If so, it sounds like you're only getting one part of the message. You need
all the parts then do a Combine and Decode to get the attachment.
