Problem:
My problem is when I open my email with Outlook Express I get this message: " Not Found The requested URL /help/content/oeip.html was not found on this server. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Apache Server at www.rogershelp.com Port 80" I cannot see my folders containing my emails. I am however getting mail from my provider Amtelecom. To view them I hit "Open" under "File" and then toggle through blindly using the "Previous and Next". Attempted resolutions: a)I have tried to solve the problem with my e mail provider "Amtelecom" and b) "eMachines" the manufacturer but to no avail. b)I visited Microsoft website and tried to download and reinstall Outlook Express but end up in dead end. I did however reinstall Internet Explorer 7 but the problem didn't go away. c)Totally frustrated I then went to Microsoft Service via e amil and outlined the problem however when they began to upload specific files to allow them to help resolve the problem the transmission aborted after about 20 minutes . I assume that my request still went through but I never had any acknowledgement from Microsoft. When I followed up they came back and suggested all the options that I had already tried except to post the problem. So................................... Is there any body out there who can help? Thanks Roy |

Dear PA Bear, Sorry for the delay. Thanks for the suggestions. Method 1 and 2
under 192842 = no dice. Method 2 need further details on how to use " Riegistry Editor". Same under 22624. Sorry for not being computer savy enough to understand. Does the behavior persist in a new identity?

Yes it does but I couldn't complete the identity portion relating to
information about the servers. Also don't know how to compact and import my files. Thanks Roy "PA Bear [MS MVP]" wrote: Does the behavior persist in a new identity?
