Hello,
I'm having a problem with my inbox receiving messages and sorting them by the sender's name instead of the way they are received. I know this sounds like an easy thing to correct, but I have gone to ViewSort By and set the settings so that the messages would arrive as received by date, in order of sent, and also in descending order, so that the latest message would be on top of list. As many times as I repeat this action, it doesn't stick, the messages are still being received and catagorized by the name of the sender whereever that person's name is on the list.. This makes me overlook new messages because I don't see them. Is there something I can do to correct this other than the usual settings, and what exactly causes this problem to keep re-occurring? Could it be anything to do with saving too many messages in the inbox so that I can refer to them again? Thank you for any help you can offer, Sanandra |
