unable to print emails
I have discovered that I can no longer print emails from OE6 (+ SP !) or eml
files that have been Saved As eml. Neither the Print Button nor Control + P work. However, if I Save As a txt file in My Documents etc, it is printable as normal. I have just uninstalled Symantec Norton AntiVirus 2005 and Norton SystemWorks 2005 from my PC using the Symantec tools recommended, and wonder if there's a 'bug' remaining somewhere that has 'locked' the eml messages. Anyone any ideas? Or similar experiences? My printer, an Epson Stylus C82, works fine for everything else. My OS is Win98 SE.
