I am taking an online OE Stationery class teaching me to modify scripts and the instructor has informed me that others have had the same problem I seem to be having and she doesn't know what to do about it. When creating stationery, for some reason the preview of it doesn't show the moving graphics and yet when you send it and look at it is ok and all graphics are there and operating as they should. It worked for me about two weeks ago then I had to do a complete system recovery because of a hard drive failure and with this new recovered computer I can't use the preview to see my stationery before sending it...The instructor said to just send it to myself but it saddens me that the preview is not working as it should....could the software be damaged somehow???or missing an update.....can OE be re-installed and just it and not all of windows???I am very hopefufl that someone out there might know how to help or if they have the same problem.
