It's under Tools | Options.
Select the tab labeled "Tai Chi".

Of course, to get Chicago, in the Start | Settings | Control Panel |
Date & Time, using "Time Zone", you have to Select "Chicago Suburbs".


I think it just mixes Yang Tai Chi in with all the other Tai Chi
varieties.
