Default Suggested contact

When I am creating a new message to a contact is there a way to turn on
"suggested contact", ie in the to line I start to tape "JA...." and it would
go to my contacts list and give me all the possibilities that start with
"JA", not taking into case of letters?

there should be a CHECKABLE option under SEND tab I believe for the AUTOCOMPLETE.

Tools Options Send Automatically complete email addresses... (uncheck)
