I'm having trouble settin up my email account. I'm using Netzero for my
internet server. I can't seem it get the POP3 and SMPT servers going.

Try:
POP3 and SMTP Mail Server Name Settings:
POP3 (Incoming mail): pop.netzero.com
SMTP (Outgoing mail): smtp.netzero.com
