Default POP3

My POP3 setting of pop.tiscali.co.uk keeps reverting back to 127.0.0.1 after
each shutdown. I have followed the Tiscali procedures for setting this up
but the setting will not "save"

You're e-mail scanning is causing this. Turn it off. It is a redundant layer
of protection so you will still be safe.

I'm having the same problem. How do I turn off email scanning? Thanks...

It depends on which program you are using. But if you open the security
center, or whatever it is called in your program, and look around in the A/V
section, you should find the option.

This is for Norton, for example:
